On the final video, Weinman is shown on the ground resisting officers trying to handcuff her. Police approached her after they suspected she was drinking while underage.
"She tried kicking at us, so I slammed her on the ground", the officer later tells his supervisor, after the woman has been tackled, handcuffed and shoved into the back of a police auto.
Weinman now faces several charges, including two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer.
Musa talks World Cup, says ‘we are playing against Argentina, not Messi’
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner's latest chance to overturn this situation comes at the imminent World Cup 2018. Argentina , who were the beaten finalists in 2014, play their first World Cup match against Iceland on June 16.
That nine-minute clip, released late Wednesday, shows the officer's perspective during the confrontation-which garnered national attention after a video shared on Twitter showed cops repeatedly punching and choking the young woman. "You're choking me", she is screaming. Police say releasing the video was imperative for transparency and wasn't done sooner because juveniles and bystanders had to be redacted. She chose to attack the officer, spit on the officer.
The footage did not show what led to the arrest but Ernie Troiano Jr, the mayor of Wildood, where the incident occurred, alleged in comments to the Philadelphia Inquirer that Weinman was the "aggressor" and that body camera footage would show officers being insulted and spat on.
"That's it", the officer says and begins to punch her multiple times in the head. "At that moment, he told me that if I did not give it to him, he would stop me", she added.
"From what I see on the video and only on the video, from not even talking to the officers, I think they did a decent job", Regalbuto told NJ.com.
Game 7 proved the Rockets need to target another shooter this summer
Cavaliers All-Star forward Kevin Love remains in concussion protocol and his status for Game 1 of the NBA Finals is still unclear. In 2015, after 69 seasons, the Warriors won their first National Basketball Association championship beating Cleveland.
"During the initial encounter, the Officer can be heard stating that he was just going to have Ms. Weinman pour the alcohol out, without issuing any violations and then he terminates the recording", said police in a news release.
The officers decide to cite her anyway and ask for her name, which she refuses to give. "I didn't do anything wrong".
"All she had to do was give the name", the mayor said. She tells them the unopened alcohol belongs to her aunt, who is on her way to the beach. "Don't cuff me!" Weinman says.
Her attorney says the officers overreacted and used excessive force. "I tripped and fell and the cop tackled me to the ground and smashed my head into the sand", she wrote. After an officer asks for her last name, she becomes angry, telling him, "I didn't do anything to get written up, did I?"
