In a humorous post on Twitter and Facebook, Lexington Police shared images Monday of a trio of crying officers adjacent to the burnt truck emblazoned with the words "Krispy Kreme".

A Krispy Kreme truck caught fire Monday afternoon in Lexington and police were able to find humor in the doughnut disaster.

Police had some fun New Year's Eve playing to a traditional stereotype.
