Barr on March 24 sent a four-page letter to politicians detailing Mueller's "principal conclusions" including that the 22-month probe did not establish that President Donald Trump's 2016 campaign team conspired with Russian Federation.
Mueller's 400-page report most likely lays out the factual findings and legal analysis of the investigation, which resulted in numerous convictions.
Barr, testifying to House and Senate panels last week, said he planned to send a redacted report to Congress this week. Two days later, Barr summarized Mueller's conclusions in a four-page letter.
Meanwhile, the top Democrat and Republican on the House Intelligence Committee are also asking Barr to produce all of the investigative materials compiled by Mueller's team and to make Mueller and his staff available for a briefing. Barr said that after consulting with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and Justice Department lawyers, he decided not to pursue an obstruction case.
